    Midwest Newspaper Considers Huge $200 Million Sale/Lease-back


    Excerpt from "Editor & Publisher"

    "He (Mark Zieman, Publisher) also said the paper was looking into the possibility of selling, then leasing back the huge $200 million printing plant it began using a little over two years ago. The Star would retain ownership of the equipment, including its four presses, configured as 36 towers in two parallel lines."
